MGA Talent, originally "The Mary Grady Agency", was founded in 1959 by Hollywood Legend Talent Agent Mary Grady. As one of the oldest and most highly respected entertainment firms in Hollywood it has evolved into an elite management firm with a newly formed Production Division to personally serve actors, actresses, writers, directors and producers from all over the world.

In its early years, MGA was considered Hollywood’s Original Children’s Agency: a tradition that is still very important to MGA, as even today the company represents children, teens and young adults into their early 30’s. Mary’s own children were well known television stars as both young kids and young adults. Her son, Don Grady, was one the original members of Disney’s The Mickey Mouse Club and also played “Robbie Douglas” on the 1960’s TV hit series My Three Sons. Her daughter, Lani O’Grady, was probably most known for staring as “Dr. Mary Bradford” on Eight is Enough.

As a savvy and energetic business woman, Mary Grady was a pioneer and well ahead of her time. When she decided to leave agenting in 2000 to write her book, her goal was to “pass the torch” of running MGA Talent to someone who would honor her name and the reputation that she tirelessly built over 40 years. From the candidates vying for this coveted position Mary selected Attorney Robert Pafundi.
MGA Talent represents actors and actresses for Television, Major Motion Pictures and Commercials. The company currently represents children ages 4 through 12, teens ages 13 through 17, young adults ages 18 through very early 30’s and Star Name Actors of all ages. Identical Twins, Triplets and Quadruplets are seriously considered at ages younger than 4 years.
