ROBERT PAFUNDI 		About Robert Pafundi

Robert Pafundi has a passion for all aspects of the entertainment industry—whether it is Talent Management, Career Guidance, TV and Feature Film Production or Legal Representation. He works with Actors and Actresses, Producers, Directors, Agents, and Managers helping them pursue and plan their careers and develop independent feature films, while providing legal assistance when necessary. Robert recently won a highly publicized case in the California Court of Appeals involving a Star Name actor in an unfortunate dispute between the child actor and his Talent Manager.

Robert’s recent career developments include:
  • Formal designation as "legal counsel" for the Talent Managers Association (TMA), by its Board of Directors;
  • Appointment to the Advisory Board of the prestigious "Children in Film" organization.
Robert is also a member of the Entertainment and Litigation sections of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, has a great enthusiasm for all aspects of the business and, among other things, considers himself a "protector of kids and kids' rights."

Personally, Rob is a PADI Certified Scuba Diver, an FAA Certified Multi-Engine Private Pilot and was recently honored with his Shodan Degree (Black Belt) in Bujinkan Ninjutsu, a traditional and historic Martial Art, the study of which led him to Japan to train with the Grand Master of The Art. He has two college age children—a girl and a boy—and lives on the Westside of town in Los Angeles, California.
